This membership provides ongoing education, practical tools, and strategic guidance focused on the areas that most often impact reimbursement, including insurance benefits, deductibles, authorizations, denial prevention, and accounts receivable management. Each month, members receive a live group training with Q&A, weekly opportunities to submit billing-related questions, and downloadable templates that can be implemented immediately within their workflow. Unlike one-time trainings or generic billing resources, this program is structured to support you throughout the year. Monthly topics are aligned with real billing cycles and payer behavior, helping you stay proactive rather than reactive. Live sessions are recorded for replay, and all materials are housed in a centralized resource library for ongoing reference. This membership is ideal for clinics that want to better understand billing decisions, reduce preventable denials, improve internal processes, and protect cash flow—without paying for full-service billing or consulting. Guidance is provided at an educational and strategic level, allowing you to apply what you learn in a way that fits your specific payers, state requirements, and business model. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their ABA Billing Support Club membership at any time through their account portal. Cancellation will stop future monthly billing only. All membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. No prorated refunds, partial refunds, or credits are provided for unused time, missed live sessions, or unused resources. Access to the membership, including live trainings, recordings, templates, and the resource library, will remain available through the end of the current paid billing period after cancellation. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals or organizations. If you experience technical issues with access, please contact support prior to cancellation so the issue can be addressed. Cancellation does not retroactively refund previously billed charges. By enrolling in the ABA Billing Support Club, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
